Low Carb Loaded Cream of Cauliflower Soup



Cream of cauliflower soup that is low in carbs is thick, creamy, and full of flavor. Ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a large pot, combine the chopped cauliflower florets and chicken broth
