Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Mix garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper with brown sugar in a small bowl to make a dry rub
Spread the dry rub out over the pork ribs so that they are well covered
Put the ribs on a grill that has already been heated up and cook for 30 minutes, turning them every so often to get an even char
Spread a lot of BBQ sauce on the ribs, and keep grilling for another 15 to 20 minutes, adding more sauce as needed
Take the ribs off the grill and let them rest for a few minutes
Then cut them into pieces
