Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
Instructions:
Add Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup to a bowl and mix them together
Fill up each popsicle mold about three quarters of the way to the top with yogurt
Put some chopped strawberries on top of the yogurt in each mold
More yogurt should be put into the molds until they are two thirds full
Put a few blueberries in each mold and gently press them into the yogurt
Add the last bit of yogurt to the top of each mold
Place popsicle sticks inside the molds
Put it in the freezer for at least four hours, or until it's completely set
For the popsicles to come out, run the molds under warm water for a second or two and then carefully pull the popsicles out
