Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut butter
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut butter until it's smooth and liquid
This may take about 30 seconds to 1 minute
Add the raw honey and unsweetened cocoa powder to the melted coconut butter
Stir the mixture until all ingredients are well combined and you have a smooth, chocolatey fudge batter
Pour the fudge mixture into a small, lined container or silicone mold
Smooth the top with a spatula
Place the container in the freezer and let it set for at least 1-2 hours, or until firm
Once the Paleo fudge is firm, remove it from the freezer and cut it into small squares or desired shapes
