Ingredients:

- 5 lbs potatoes, washed and cubed
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425F 220C
In a large bowl, toss the cubed potatoes with melted butter, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until potatoes are golden brown and crispy
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired before serving
