Ingredients:
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Break up the Italian sausage into crumbles and cook it in a skillet over medium-low heat until it turns brown
To the skillet, add the minced garlic and diced onion
Cook until the onion is soft and clear
Then add the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
Make sure all the cheeses are well mixed
Melt the cheeses and mix the ingredients together well
Put the mixture in a baking dish and make sure it's spread out evenly
Warm the oven up and put the dip in it
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown
Before serving, top with chopped fresh basil
Warm it up and serve it with crackers, breadsticks, or tortilla chips
